Can I rinse it with water?

Yes! The smooth surface allows effortless rinsing under running water. It can be rinsed thoroughly with water.

Can I wash it in the dishwasher?

No. the ice cream maker tray can only be washed by hand.

Why isn't my ice cream maker freezing properly？

1.Place it in the freezer compartment at -0.4°F (-18°C) for at least 12 hours. If the freezer is very full with food, please extend the freezing time.

2.Flip the ice cream maker upside down and lay it flat in the freezer. Ensure it is laid flat.
